ASSAY
Minimum 30% of anthocyanoside calculated as anthocyanidins (or cyanidin chloride) by spectrophotometry.

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
Cardioprotective/vasoprotective.
Usefull for : preventing degenerative vascular diseases (French paradox).
